- Fees are charged in accordance with the current NDIS Price Guide and Support Catalogue.
- As per the NDIS Price Guide and Support Catalogue, all travel is calculated according to the NDIS Modified Monash Model (MMM), i.e. up to 30 minutes of the hourly rate in metropolitan and regional areas.

Do you offer Functional Capacity Assessments or just therapy services to clients?
Our Occupational Therapists are guided from your needs, whether that involves a Functional Capacity Assessment, occupational therapy, or a combination of the two.
